Choosing a Retirement Community

"For the first time in human history, the prospect of living a long, healthy and productive life has become a reality for the majority of people… What was the privilege of the few, has become the destiny of the many."

Robert Butler, MD
Gerontologist

What a fabulous time to be a mature adult. We are in the midst of re-tooling ourselves as well as the experience called retirement. Many options for retirement living have been developed over the past couple of decades. While choices are wonderful, they can sometimes be confusing. As you mull over your retirement, we have several recommendations. First and foremost – educate yourself. The more you know, the better decisions you will make when you select a retirement community or specialized services within one.

Consider this website a “retirement primer” of sorts. If you don’t find answers to
your questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call at (616) 452-1568 extension 107
or toll free at (800) 770-1117.
