Cafeteria Style Health Plan

Clark offers health, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance benefits for employees and their dependent families at competitive rates.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

Clark's generous PTO policy allows you to earn paid time off with no limit on the amount earned. Staff members are also given the opportunity every June and December to either cash out or rollover PTO.

403(B) Retirement Program:

After two years of service, Clark offers a substantial 6% company contribution.

Wellness Center:

All employees are invited to enjoy the Clark pool, whirlpool, and fitness center at no cost.

Tuition Reimbursement Program:

To promote self-improvement, Clark offers a tuition reimbursement program for staff members (full-time and part-time) for classes that may or may not be related to work at Clark.

Nursing Completion Program:

Clark offers a nursing completion program with up to $5000 of tuition reimbursement per year. Flexible scheduling is also available for Clark employees taking advantage of this program.
